Trading for Development
Trading for Development is a small fair trade enterprise that aims to show that ethical business practices and high quality fashion products can coexist in ways that bring development to poor communities. They do this through enhancing the traditional skills of producers, building links with leading fashion houses and universities in Europe and marketing fair trade products Worldwide. They are looking for an enthusiastic and creative person to support all aspects of the work of TFD.
The successful applicant will have: Business, administration and IT skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Some knowledge of the fashion industry; Be flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
Hours: Part time (3 days) with the possibility of becoming full time Salary: £19,000 to £20,000 p.a. pro-rata.
