Students on these courses can take a 20 credit elective in ethical fashion. Last academic year, level 2 Fashion Design students worked on a live project with the Coop promoting their fair trade polices through fashion. The final year is totally negotiated and ethical/sustainable fashion is becoming and popular choice for project work. One graduates used this theme for her major project and through it secured a contract with a major high street brand for her fashionable approach to ethical clothing.
