This section provides an introduction to the history, development and structure of the global garment industry as well as to the working conditions that prevail in the industry's supply chains. We then go on to consider the current company, legal and consumer initiatives taking place to try and improve working conditions. Many of you are also interested in 'eco' and 'ethical' textiles so we have also put together section on this area.
